Let’s be honest. We buy ramen because it’s cheap, and it’s not exactly a heaven-in-your-mouth kind of thing, right? Suuure, their little seasoning packs can be fun sometimes…or, you can binge on them after a break-up when you’re too busy moping around to make anything worthwhile. Well, it’s time to leave your past behind you, and take a step into the future of instant lunches. LET’S GET STARTED!
Recipe 1 – Alfredo Ramen. (this recipe is for the people who don’t have fancy shrimp and kale laying around for lunch all the time…everybody. :D)
This is sooo good, and so easy to make. INGREDIENTS!
- ramen (obviously)
- garlic powder
- Parmesan cheese
Yep, that’s all! So to make this, you just cook your ramen how you usually do, but throw away the seasoning pack. Add butter, and salt and pepper to taste. Then add the garlic powder and mix it all in. And on top, add the Parmesan cheese. It’s really good, and basically all the ingredients you already have! 🙂

So, you could make the alfredo sauce separate from the ramen, with milk etc, and then pour it over the ramen when it’s finished cooking. Here is an alfredo sauce recipe I found, that only takes a few minutes to make:
2 cups milk
6 ounces Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Melt the butter on the stove then pour the milk in and add the seasonings and thicken.
This sounds FABOO, but seems a little overboard for one pack of ramen, so you could either decrease the measurements, or increase the ramen. GOOD LUCK! I hope you like this recipe, my mom told me about it yesterday, and she got it from HER MOM, and it was so good I had to tell you. 🙂
